Nutrition Seminars

The way women actually feed themselves.

Nutrition Seminars at SCULPT are members' seminars led by trusted nutrition professionals — designed around the rhythm of women's lives, the conversation around women's longevity, and the practical detail of what good eating actually looks like in a busy week.

Opening

SCULPT's Nutrition Seminars are designed against the idea that wellness seminars must be either technical or inspirational. They are neither. They are practical — built around the rhythm of a week, the standards a woman sets at home, and the kind of eating that supports longevity without becoming a discipline. Our presenters are chosen for the way they practice, not the way they publish.

Who It's For

The seminars suit women who care about how they eat, who want to refine their habits, and who want to share the conversation with other women navigating the same week. Members are invited. Prospective members may request seats as part of a Private Preview.

Format

Seminars run sixty to ninety minutes. The format pairs a short talk with a hosted table afterwards. Tea is offered. Members and presenters share the room. There is no push to buy products, subscribe to programs, or measure outcomes that day.

Hospitality

The seminars are held in the recovery lounge or the studio, depending on the subject. The room is set low and warm. Tea is poured. Members and presenters share the room without distinction.

How To Attend

Members reserve seminars through the member portal. Dates are released ahead of the season. Guests are coordinated through the Membership Concierge.

Closing Thought

SCULPT's calendar of events is held with the same attention the rest of the club is held with. The events above are designed for an unhurried evening among women whose lives are built with intention. To attend, the path is through a Private Preview or through the membership itself.
