Opening Promise

Sauna is one of the oldest forms of self-care still practiced, and the infrared sauna is among its most refined modern expressions. At SCULPT, infrared heat is not a quick add-on to a workout. It is a dedicated ritual — held within a quiet architectural space, programmed alongside the rest of the recovery work, and made available to members as a cornerstone form of care. The experience is private, deliberate, and remarkably restorative.

What The Experience Is

SCULPT's infrared sauna practice begins in a private suite finished in warm wood and soft, ambient lighting. The sauna itself is precisely calibrated — warm without being punishing, breathable without losing the heat's therapeutic effect. Members are invited to set the session length, choose their preferred level of warmth, and rest inside the heat for as long as feels right. Water or tea is available outside the suite. Following the sauna, members may move into the lounge, take a cold plunge, shower, or simply linger. The experience is shaped by rhythm — heat, rest, return.

How It Feels

There is a particular kind of stillness that infrared heat encourages — a softening of the body's outer tension, a deepening of breath, a quieting of the inner narrative. The warmth penetrates gently rather than pressuring aggressively. Within the first few minutes, most members feel a notable release — in the shoulders, the chest, the low back, the legs. After twenty to thirty minutes, the mind settles into a quiet, attentive calm. It is the kind of stillness most women describe as among the most valuable minutes of their week. SCULPT's infrared sauna is designed to invite that experience, not interrupt it.

Who It's For

Infrared sauna at SCULPT serves a wide range of intentions and bodies. It is for women seeking quiet restoration from busy weeks. It is for athletes using heat as part of programming. It is for women moving through hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, or the everyday stress of full lives. It is for those who enjoy warm rituals. It is for those who want pain-free, easy heat without the intensity of traditional sauna. The infrared sauna is among SCULPT's most universally welcoming offerings.

Inside The Space

SCULPT's infrared sauna suites are positioned within the recovery wing of the club — a quiet zone designed for warmth, light, and restoration. Each suite is finished in warm wood slats, softly ambient lighting, and the same architectural language as the rest of the club. Robes and towels are warmed and ready. The shower ritual is curated for use before or after heat. The lounge is visible just outside. There is nothing clinical about SCULPT's sauna. It is a hospitality-led practice of warm care.

Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.

What To Expect On Your First Visit

Members are welcomed through SCULPT's reception and guided to the recovery wing. Staff will explain the sauna's setup, suggest session length and intensity, and ensure you have water, robes, and towels. You will be invited to enter the suite privately. There is no group format. There is no required series. The sauna quietly does its work. When you emerge, the lounge and shower are available, and the rest of your day may resume at any pace you choose. Most members leave their first session describing it as one of the most relaxing experiences of the week.

Why SCULPT For Sauna

Most infrared saunas sit in the back of a gym or beneath a fluorescent-lit recovery room. SCULPT's sauna sits inside a hospitality-led, design-driven women's club where every touchpoint has been chosen to support rest. The differences are architectural, material, and atmospheric — and they matter. A sauna inside SCULPT feels like a private ritual, while a sauna inside most other clubs feels like an afterthought. Our members return for the difference.
