Recovery Club East Cobb

Recovery, as architecture — not as an add-on.

SCULPT in East Cobb is a private women's recovery club, where heat, cold, rest, and hospitality are integrated parts of the same club.

Opening Promise

Most clubs treat recovery as a set of small services attached to the workout — an infrared sauna in the back of a fitness floor, a cold tub near the locker room, a "recovery" menu designed to add to the membership brochure. SCULPT treats recovery as architecture. The recovery wing at our East Cobb club was built as a designed environment for restoration: private infrared sauna suites, a precise cold plunge, a sequenced contrast therapy practice, and a recovery lounge finished in warm oak and hospitality-grade textiles. Recovery at SCULPT is the destination, not the afterthought.

Recovery As Architecture

The recovery wing is positioned at the heart of the club, joined to the studios by warm corridors and soft transitions. The infrared sauna is calibrated for therapeutic warmth without harshness. The cold plunge sits adjacent, finished in warm stone and quiet lighting. The contrast therapy sequencing moves bodies through heat, cold, and rest in architectural rhythm. The recovery lounge joins these elements, holding soft seating, warm tea service, indirect lighting, and quiet as the connective tissue between every recovery practice. The result feels less like moving between services and more like moving through a single, designed environment for restoration.

The SCULPT Recovery Direction

SCULPT's direction with recovery is the same as our direction with movement: hospitality over throughput, craft over marketing, and attention over scale. We do not offer recovery as a cheap add-on. We do not stack it against other wellness memberships for price comparison. We offer it as the standard our members expect, in suites designed for privacy, with staff trained to support the body rather than upsell the next service. The result is recovery that feels private, considered, and worth returning for — not because it is expensive, but because the experience is honest.

Inside The Recovery Wing

The recovery wing of SCULPT feels like the spa floor of a small luxury hotel — without the spa-floor atmosphere. Suites are private. Lighting is adjustable. Robes and towels are warmed and ready. The sauna's wood slats are precisely finished. The cold plunge is surrounded by warm stone. The lounge is anchored by oak millwork and a curated tea and water service. There is no fluorescent light. There is no clinical signage. There are no televisions. There is only warmth, quiet, and the recovery practice itself. East Cobb has never had a club with this much attention paid to the recovery of women's bodies.

Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.

Who Recovery At SCULPT Serves

The recovery wing serves every member of SCULPT, regardless of whether they came to the club for movement, bodywork, recovery alone, or quiet time away from the day. It serves East Cobb executives and founders seeking real nervous system support after long working weeks. It serves athletes using contrast as intelligent programming. It serves mothers navigating the structural demands of full family life. It serves women in hormonal transitions, in seasons of stress, or simply in seasons of wanting more from their hours. Recovery at SCULPT is for every body that has earned a quieter place to land.

First Visit

Your first visit to the recovery wing will be calm and unhurried. Staff will walk you through the sauna, the cold plunge, and the lounge. They will suggest session lengths, temperatures, and sequences appropriate to your intentions. You will be invited to enter each suite privately. Robes, towels, water, and tea are prepared in advance. There is no group format, no schedule to meet, and no requirement to do everything on your first visit. Most members describe their first recovery experience at SCULPT as the moment they realized how badly the rest of their week had been asking for this practice.

Questions

The recovery wing is offered to members as part of wellness membership. Founding Preview windows allow prospective members to experience it prior to joining.

Yes. Membership allows access to movement, recovery, and bodywork independently. Many members come primarily for recovery.

SCULPT is a hospitality-led women's wellness club, not a gym. The recovery wing is private, design-led, and supported by attentive staff — built as the destination, not the add-on.

Not at SCULPT. The sequence is introduced gently, with staff guidance. Members progress at their own pace.
