Pilates East Cobb
SCULPT brings private, hospitality-led Pilates to East Cobb for women who want more from their movement than a class can offer.

Opening Promise
East Cobb has long been home to women who care about how a thing feels, not just how it functions — how their homes are read, how their tables are set, how their hours are spent. SCULPT was built in East Cobb for exactly that sensibility. Our Pilates practice is private, hospitality-led, and quietly ambitious. It is offered inside a club where every interior detail, every instructor cue, and every hour of the day has been shaped around how movement should feel when it is taken seriously. This is not a gym. It is not a franchise. It is a place to move well, in East Cobb.

Pilates at SCULPT is reformer-based and instructor-led, taught in small private groupings inside a custom studio of ten reformers. Sessions may also use the mat, the chair, or supporting apparatus depending on intention and the body of the day. Instruction is precise. Sessions are unhurried. The studio is private. The membership is by invitation and limited in size so that every woman who steps onto a reformer receives attention from the room and from the instructor who teaches it. SCULPT's Pilates is not a class. It is a private practice, taught well.
The studio is anchored by a sculptural ceiling, generous warm-oak flooring, and architectural mirrors that enlarge the space without flattening it. Reformers are finished in house-developed color with brushed-metal hardware and carefully selected upholstery. Lighting is soft, indirect, and resolved in gradients across the room. The branding is integrated into the wall rather than the apparatus. The studio reads as a private room that happens to host a movement practice, rather than a gym that happens to offer Pilates. Members often describe their first visit as the moment they realized how much difference a designer-led environment makes to the work.

Pilates East Cobb at SCULPT serves women whose lives demand a great deal of them — executives, founders, mothers in every season, empty-nesters rebuilding their own rhythm, athletes in respectful return, and women simply returning to themselves after years of prioritizing everyone else. It serves beginners with patience. It serves experienced practitioners with craft. It serves women across hormonal transitions and structural seasons of life. There is no single profile that fits, and SCULPT's Pilates practice was designed to hold many.
Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.
Explore MembershipYour first visit will be quiet and unhurried. You will be welcomed through our East Cobb reception, offered tea or mineral water, and introduced to your instructor by name. The session will begin with a conversation rather than choreography — a brief discussion of history, intentions, and the body you are arriving with. The first practice will be designed around that conversation. You will leave understanding the work more clearly and feeling slightly different in the way you stand. That is the SCULPT first visit.

East Cobb already has options. SCULPT exists because the women of this community deserve a practice that matches the standards they hold for the rest of their lives. Our Pilates is the closest thing in East Cobb to a private movement studio held inside a hospitality-led club — where architectural design, instructor quality, and member attention have all been elevated to the same level. Most women who join have tried studio Pilates elsewhere. They describe SCULPT as the practice they had been searching for without knowing what the search felt like until they found it.
