Women's Wellness Night
An evening that holds the way she actually lives.
Women's Wellness Night at SCULPT is a private, RSVP-only evening that gathers small groups of members and prospective members around the subjects our community keeps returning to — movement, recovery, conversation, and the kind of attention the rest of the week rarely allows.

Opening
Most wellness events in metro Atlanta are designed for crowds. Women's Wellness Night at SCULPT was designed against that idea. We hold the room small, the format considered, and the conversation unhurried so the women who attend leave with the feeling that the evening was spent — not spent in the consumer sense, but spent in the deeper sense, the one that marks a season.

Who It's For
The evening is for women who already sense that SCULPT might be the kind of place they have been waiting for. Some are existing members. Some are prospective members who have requested a Private Preview. Some are guests of members introducing a friend to the club. They are not all women who practice Pilates. They are all women who have built lives that deserve a place designed with the seriousness SCULPT designs its spaces with.
Format
The format of the evening shifts each season. Pilates-led sessions move under the studio's warm oak ceiling. Recovery-led sessions move through the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and recovery lounge. Conversation-led sessions move slowly over tea at a quiet table set for the room. There is no agenda printed on a wall. There is no keynote intended to perform. There is a Membership Concierge standing by and an instructor or host holding the room.

Hospitality
Tea is poured. Mineral water is offered. Lighting stays indirect and soft. The reception is treated like a private sitting room rather than a check-in desk. Guests arriving early are invited to settle before the room is full. Guests leaving late are not rushed. The pace of the evening is set by the women in it.
How To Attend
Women's Wellness Night is offered as a member-and-guest series. Existing members receive an invitation in their member letter. Prospective members may request to attend through the Membership Concierge. Capacity is intentionally limited. SCULPT does not run a public calendar of these evenings for the simple reason that the room is not built for public sizing.

Closing Thought
SCULPT's calendar of events is held with the same attention the rest of the club is held with. The events above are designed for an unhurried evening among women whose lives are built with intention. To attend, the path is through a Private Preview or through the membership itself.
