Contrast Therapy
Contrast therapy at SCULPT sequences infrared warmth, cold immersion, and quiet rest into a single private ritual.

Opening Promise
Contrast therapy — the deliberate sequence of heat and cold — is one of the most quietly powerful practices available to a modern body. It has been used for centuries across cultures, and at SCULPT it is offered with craft, intention, and the kind of architectural support most studios cannot match. Members experience heat, then cold, then rest. The sequence feels less like a workout and more like a sophisticated practice whose benefits seem to unfold over the days that follow.

SCULPT's contrast therapy practice moves the body through three carefully designed transitions. It begins in the infrared sauna, where muscles warm and circulation opens. It moves next into the cold plunge, where the body's attention sharpens, breath deepens, and resilience is gently asked of. It concludes in the recovery lounge, where warmth, stillness, and quiet welcome the body back to rest. Each transition is private. Each duration is your own. The whole experience typically runs thirty-five to fifty-five minutes — and feels less like a clinic and more like a private hospitality ritual.
The first minutes inside the sauna feel soft, warming, and slow. The body's deeper tissues begin to release. Then the cold plunge: a constellation of attention, breath, and clarity that arrives within seconds. The body's nervous system responds with a quiet, energizing recalibration. By the time the third transition — rest in the lounge — arrives, the body feels simultaneously awake and settled, present and quiet. Many members describe the experience as one of the most surprising forms of self-care they have tried. There is an unmistakable sense that the body has been allowed to do what it knows how to do.

Contrast therapy at SCULPT serves a wide range of women's wellness intentions. It is for athletes seeking intelligent recovery. It is for professionals seeking clarity after long, demanding days. It is for women seeking better sleep, deeper rest, and a sense of nervous system support. It is for those moving through hormonal transitions or stress seasons. It is for women looking for a regular practice that combines warmth, challenge, and quiet. Contrast therapy is one of SCULPT's most universally valued offerings.
Contrast therapy at SCULPT unfolds in the recovery wing of the club — a zone designed specifically for warmth, cold, shower ritual, and quiet. The infrared sauna sits adjacent to the cold plunge, joined by warm stone corridors and soft architectural transitions. The lounge sits at the center of the wing, finished in warm oak and softened lighting. Every element is designed to support an experience that flows without interruption. The result feels less like moving between facilities and more like moving through a single, considered piece of architecture.
Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.

Members are welcomed through SCULPT's reception and guided to the recovery wing. Staff will walk you through the sequence, help you select session lengths for each phase, and ensure you are comfortable before beginning. You will move at your own pace from heat to cold to rest. Robes, towels, water, and tea are all prepared. There is no rush. There is no expectation. Most members complete their first contrast session feeling more grounded in their body than they have in years.
Contrast therapy exists in many places. Very few are private, beautifully designed, and held by staff who understand the body's quiet needs. SCULPT's recovery wing was designed from scratch around the practice. The infrared sauna is calibrated for therapeutic warmth. The cold plunge is precisely controlled and private. The lounge is set up for true rest. The membership is small. The difference is felt in the body, in the breath, and in the days that follow.
