Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage at SCULPT is thoughtfully designed for the changing body, the changing breath, and the changing season.

Opening Promise
Pregnancy asks the body to do one of the most profound things a body can ever do, and it asks it across nine months of continuous change. SCULPT's prenatal massage is offered in recognition of that reality. The work is gentle, attending, and carefully designed for the moving body of a pregnant woman. It supports the hips, lower back, shoulders, feet, and breath. It settles the nervous system. It honors the changes the body is making without ever pressing on, around, or through them. The result is a form of care most pregnant women describe as the kindest hour of their week.

Each prenatal session at SCULPT begins with a thoughtful intake covering stage of pregnancy, considerations from your care team, prior massage experience, and areas of greatest tension. The therapist designs the session around that conversation, using side-lying or semi-reclined positions with carefully designed support cushions. The work is gentle, slow, and attentive — never deep pressure near sensitive areas, never twinges around joints softened by relaxin, and never rushed. Sessions are designed to settle the body, soften tension, and welcome rest. Members leave most sessions describing the experience as one of the kindest hours of their pregnancy.
Prenatal massage at SCULPT feels well-supported from the first minute. The intake is respectful of the body. The cushions are arranged with care. The therapist's hands are warm and attentive. The room's quiet is total. There is no rush. There is no awkward positioning. The work settles across the body in a way most pregnant women describe as "finally." By the end of the session, the body feels held, the breath feels deeper, and the mind softens in a way that often extends through the rest of the pregnancy week.

Prenatal massage at SCULPT serves women throughout the second and third trimesters (and well into the fourth trimester, see also /services/postnatal-care if planned). It is for women navigating back, hip, shoulder, or leg tension. It is for those seeking better sleep. It is for women experiencing the specific physical demands of carrying a pregnancy while continuing to lead full professional and personal lives. It is for first-time mothers and women adding to their families. The work is universally appropriate for pregnant women whose care team has approved massage.
Prenatal sessions take place in the same private massage suites as our other bodywork. The suite is finished in warm wood, soft textiles, and gently adjustable lighting. Support cushions and bolster systems are designed specifically for pregnant bodies, allowing side-lying and semi-reclined positions that feel safe, comfortable, and supported. The lounge is available before and after for soft transition. The architecture of the suite — warm, private, attentive — supports the kind of rest pregnant bodies need.
Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.

You will be welcomed through reception and escorted to your suite. Your therapist will conduct a thoughtful intake, confirm any guidance from your care team, and design your session around your current stage and needs. The work will be gentle, slow, and supportive throughout. After the session, the lounge, water service, and quiet space are available for unhurried transition. We will never rush a prenatal session. We will never ask a pregnant body to do anything it isn't ready for.
Most spas offer prenatal massage as a menu item. SCULPT offers it as part of an integrated women's wellness experience designed for every season of life. Our therapists are trained in prenatal-specific bodywork. Our rooms are private and quiet. Our membership supports continuity — your therapist knows your body's changes across sessions. We are not the largest prenatal practice in Georgia, and we are not trying to be. We are trying to be the most attentive.
