Private Pilates
Private Pilates at SCULPT is instruction, attention, and environment — uninterrupted.

Opening Promise
Private Pilates at SCULPT takes the studio out of the group format entirely and returns it to what it was always meant to be: a one-on-one conversation between practitioner, body, and craft. There is no choreography to follow. There is no back-to-back rotation. There is just the work itself — held within a studio built for focus, led by an instructor who has spent a session entirely with you. For women who want the deepest possible return from their practice, private sessions are the foundation of the SCULPT Pilates experience.

Each private session is built from a brief pre-class conversation and a careful read of the body as it moves through the work. Sessions may use the reformer, the mat, the chair, or a combination of apparatus depending on intention, history, and intention for the day. Some sessions focus on strength. Others on restoration, mobility, or breath. The instructor chooses what serves the body, then teaches inside that frame. Nothing is duplicated from a template. Nothing is filler. The session is, in the truest sense, yours.
Private Pilates at SCULPT feels like being in the studio with someone who sees your movement clearly and works with it gently. There is no performance pressure. There is no requirement to "keep up." The instructor works at your tempo, explains everything that matters, and moves with quiet authority. Many women describe their first private session as the first time in years they have been physically attended to without interruption — a sense that the practitioner and the room are entirely present with them. That feeling is the standard at SCULPT, not the exception.

Private Pilates at SCULPT is for women whose movement deserves more than a generic class can offer. It is for those recovering from injury, pregnancy, or surgery who want to rebuild confidence and capacity. It is for executives whose bodies carry daily tension that needs intelligent release. It is for athletes seeking precision in their conditioning. It is for women who simply want their hour of movement to be entirely their own. Private Pilates does not require prior experience. It is often the kindest place to begin.
Private sessions unfold in the same custom studio as our shared practice, just with the apparatus held entirely for you. The studio's warm indirect light, architectural mirrors, and warm-oak floor absorb sound and remove visual distraction. Doors are softly closed. Tea and water are waiting outside. The reception lounge is available afterward for a quiet transition back into the rest of your day. Every element supports the sensation that the work is being held — from the equipment itself to the people who prepared it for you.
Membership at SCULPT is limited so the experience stays personal. A private preview is the first step.
Explore Membership
New members and Private Preview guests are introduced to the studio and to the instructor who will guide their private work. You'll be invited to share anything relevant — history, intention, injuries, the season of life you're moving through — and the first session will be designed around those notes. The session ends with a brief conversation, perhaps a recommendation for the next step, and a quiet sense of being welcomed into the rhythm of private practice. Private Pilates at SCULPT does not begin with paperwork. It begins with a conversation.
SCULPT was designed around the principle that private rooms produce the deepest results. Our instructors are hired for craft and trained to teach quietly. Our studios are designed to absorb noise and elevate focus. Our membership is small by intention. That combination is what makes private Pilates at SCULPT different from a private session purchased at any traditional studio — where the room, the staff size, and the in-between moments still feel like a group business. Private at SCULPT feels private.

Questions
No. Many of our members begin their Pilates practice privately. It is, in fact, often the most welcoming way to begin because the entire session is designed around you.
Private Pilates serves a wide range of intentions, including beginners, executives, postnatal women, athletes, and women simply seeking quiet personal time with their movement practice.
Private sessions are entirely one-on-one with your instructor. The session is fully tailored in real time. There is no shared rotation or shared movement sequence.
Many members do exactly that. Private sessions deepen focus while group reformer work builds community rhythm. Your instructor can help design the right cadence.
