Recovery Workshops

Recovery, taught as a practice.

Recovery Workshops at SCULPT are members-only sessions taught by our recovery therapists — designed to give members a deeper understanding of how infrared warmth, cold immersion, and contrast sequencing work with a woman's physiology over time.

Opening

Recovery Workshops are taught by the therapists and practitioners who hold SCULPT's recovery wing. The workshops are not lectures. They are practical, slow, and built around the way the recovery rooms work — temperature calibration, session length, sequencing, and the small habits that turn recovery from a service into a practice.

Who It's For

The workshops suit members who want to deepen their practice and prospective members who want to feel the recovery wing before committing to membership. They are also opened to members bringing a guest who could benefit from understanding the practice — particularly women navigating performance recovery, sleep, or soreness as part of their week.

Format

Each workshop runs sixty to ninety minutes. Topics rotate across the season — infrared sauna foundations, cold immersion foundations, contrast sequencing, breath and recovery, and the integration of recovery into a Pilates-led practice. Members may attend multiple workshops across the year.

Hospitality

The recovery lounge is the room during workshops. Tea is poured. Mineral water is offered. The room's lighting is held lower than usual so the workshop feels more like an intimate lesson than a seminar.

How To Attend

Workshops are offered as a member benefit with optional attendance by prospective guests. Dates are released at the start of each season. Members reserve through the member portal. Guests are coordinated through the Membership Concierge.

Closing Thought

SCULPT's calendar of events is held with the same attention the rest of the club is held with. The events above are designed for an unhurried evening among women whose lives are built with intention. To attend, the path is through a Private Preview or through the membership itself.
