Sound Bath Evenings

The room as an instrument.

Sound Bath Evenings at SCULPT are members-only evenings where the recovery lounge holds a sound bath. The format is quiet, attended, and run by practitioners chosen for their craft.

Opening

Sound Bath Evenings were introduced because the SCULPT recovery wing was always built to hold rooms where the body returns capacity quietly. Sound is one of the ways we do that. The evenings are led by sound practitioners chosen for their care rather than their social following. The room is held low. The session is unhurried.

Who It's For

The evenings suit members who want a quieter entry into recovery, members navigating sleep, and women considering membership who want to feel the recovery wing in a different mode. Capacity is intentionally small.

Format

Evenings run sixty to ninety minutes. The recovery lounge is set with mats, soft lighting, and a small group. The practitioner begins and ends the session. The Membership Concierge is in the room. Tea is offered afterwards.

Hospitality

The room's lighting is held lower than the daily standard. Soft blankets are offered. Tea is poured after the session. Members leaving late are not rushed.

How To Attend

Members reserve through the member portal. Guest seats are coordinated through the Membership Concierge. Dates are released ahead of the season.

Closing Thought

SCULPT's calendar of events is held with the same attention the rest of the club is held with. The events above are designed for an unhurried evening among women whose lives are built with intention. To attend, the path is through a Private Preview or through the membership itself.
