Stretch & Sip
Stretch, then settle into the table.
Stretch & Sip is a members' afternoon shaped around assisted stretching and a slow hosted table in the recovery lounge. The afternoon is designed to give members a different way into the practice — slower, more restorative, more aware.

Opening
Stretch & Sip is a slower offering on the SCULPT calendar — built around the kind of movement the studio's most experienced members ask for and the kind of afternoon the recovery lounge is best at holding. The afternoon does not advertise. The afternoon simply exists, and the women who want it find it.

Who It's For
The afternoon suits members who want to round out their Pilates practice with assisted stretching and who want a different texture to a Wednesday or Saturday morning. It suits prospective members who want to feel the recovery lounge at SCULPT and who are curious about assisted stretch as a gateway into the club.
Format
The afternoon runs seventy-five to ninety minutes. Guests arrive and are welcomed. An assisted stretch session follows. A hosted table is set in the recovery lounge afterwards with tea, mineral water, and a small plate. The Membership Concierge is in the room.

Hospitality
Studio lighting is held low. The recovery lounge is held quiet. Stretch is guided. Tea is offered. Members leaving later are not rushed.
How To Attend
Members reserve through the member portal. Guest seats are coordinated through the Membership Concierge.
Closing Thought
SCULPT's calendar of events is held with the same attention the rest of the club is held with. The events above are designed for an unhurried evening among women whose lives are built with intention. To attend, the path is through a Private Preview or through the membership itself.
